Commission Agreement

Ship owners: 1.5% of the sale price (minimum US$10,000) when a ship is sold, or 1.25% of the hire / freight when it is chartered, to a buyer or charterer introduced through Oceanvex.
Brokers: 25% of your own commission on any deal with a buyer or charterer introduced through Oceanvex.
Listing is free. Nothing is payable unless a deal closes. Buyers and charterers never pay.
Protection lasts 24 months from the introduction, also if the deal closes outside Oceanvex, through another broker or company.
